TOWIE Fashion Ranges

Whilst the television show The Only Way Is Essex has undoubtedly launched the reality celebrity careers of many individuals, the television show has also brought numerous new fashion ranges to market. Using the television show to promote these desirable fashion brands the creators are hoping for success of of the back of the show.

The latest two individuals to join the fashion market are Amy Childs and Lauren Pope; both of these will release their own fashion collections in the near future.

Amy Childs will launch her own twenty piece fashion brand, The Amy Childs Collection for Autumn 2011. This will be launched at the Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model Live event. Childs is not a stranger to the fashion industry having previously been the face of the lingerie brand By Caprice.

Her fashion range will be presented at the fashion show and it will then be sold exclusively through her website. It has been suggested that Childs has been involved in the design process but it has not been announced who the manufacturer of the garments is. Speaking out about he design process Childs stated that she had the opportunity to pick out the items she liked and didn’t like.

New fashion designer Childs has stated that her fashion influences include Victoria Beckham and Cheryl Cole; the range will mainly be made up of dresses. It is expected that the price range of the clothing will be between £29.99 and £80; the range is set to expand during 2012.

Lauren Pope has recently announced that she is also producing a fashion range, this will be a twenty piece collaborative set with young fashion brand Little Mistress. This range will specialise in tea and skater dresses, prices will be between £9 and £25; it is expected for launch in January 2012.

It has recently been announced that Sam and Billie Faires also from the show will also be releasing their own fashion brand that will be stocked in House of Fraser.
